Delete your account
You can permanently delete your WizzTeens account at any time. The fastest path is from inside the app; if that's not an option, you can request deletion by email and we'll handle it within 30 days.
From inside the app (fastest)
Open WizzTeens → Profile tab → Delete account. You'll be asked to confirm and to type DELETE so accidental taps don't wipe your account. Once confirmed, your account is removed from our servers immediately.
By email (no app required)
Email privacy@wizzteens.com from the address linked to your WizzTeens account, with the subject "Account deletion request". We'll confirm the request and complete the deletion within 30 days, usually much faster.

We delete your profile (name, email, date of birth, avatar), your friends list, achievement progress, streak history, queued offline actions, customization choices, push notification tokens, and any unredeemed coin balance. Your authentication credentials are removed and any active sessions are terminated.
What we may keep, and for how long
Quiz history is removed within 30 days of deletion. Crash reports are retained for 90 days for diagnostic purposes. Backups are rotated and overwritten within 90 days. Records that we are legally required to keep (for example, transaction records linked to in-app purchases) are retained for the period required by tax and consumer-protection law and then deleted.
