Frequently asked questions

How do I change my email or password?
Open the app → Profile tab → Update profile. If you signed in with Google or Apple, your email is managed by them — change it there and re-sign-in to WizzTeens. To reset a forgotten password, use the "Forgot password" link on the login screen.
I lost my progress when I changed phones. What now?
Sign in to WizzTeens on the new device with the same email/Google/Apple account you used before. Your XP, achievements, friends list, and coin balance are stored on our servers and will reappear automatically. If they don't, email support@wizzteens.com with your account email and we'll investigate.
I bought coins / ad removal and they didn't show up. Help!
First, force-close and reopen the app to give the purchase a chance to sync. If it still doesn't appear, tap Shop → Restore Purchases — that re-validates any purchases your store account owns. For refund requests, contact Apple or Google directly: refunds are processed by them, not by us. Once the store grants a refund, the entitlement is removed from your WizzTeens account automatically.
How do I add a friend?
Open the Friends tab → Add Friend. You can scan a friend's QR code (their code lives on the Profile tab) or enter their friend code manually. Both you and your friend need to accept the request before challenges and shared streaks become available.
Can I change the app's language?
Yes. Profile tab → Language. Six languages are supported: English, German, Spanish, French, Georgian, and Russian. Quiz questions automatically switch to the chosen language. Multiplayer challenges only use questions that are available in both players' languages, so the question pool may shrink for some pairings.
I'm a parent — how is my teen's data handled?
WizzTeens is built for ages 13 and up. We collect the minimum we need to run the app: email, date of birth (for the age check), and gameplay data. We do not sell data, do not show personalized ads to minors, and do not share data with anyone except the service providers listed in our Privacy Policy. To request access to or deletion of your teen's account, email privacy@wizzteens.com.
