Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the WizzTeens mobile application (the "App"), operated by Infinity Curve LLC ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the App.
1. Acceptance
By installing, accessing, or using WizzTeens, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you're under 18, you confirm that a parent or guardian has reviewed and accepted these Terms on your behalf where local law requires it.
2. Eligibility
WizzTeens is for users aged 13 and over. The App will not let you create an account if your stated date of birth puts you under 13. If we discover an account has been created in violation of this requirement, we will delete it.
3. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity under your account. Tell us at support@wizzteens.com if you believe your account has been compromised. You may close your account at any time from inside the App; see the Privacy Policy for what happens to your data.
4. Content and intellectual property
Quiz questions, artwork, branding, code, and other content in the App are owned by Infinity Curve LLC or licensed to us. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, redistribute, or create derivative works from any part of the App except as permitted by law.
5. In-app purchases
WizzTeens offers optional purchases (coin packs and ad removal) through the Apple App Store and Google Play. All purchases are final and processed by Apple or Google under their own terms. Refund requests must be made through the relevant store. Where the store grants a refund or reverses a charge, we will revoke the corresponding entitlement (coins or ad removal) on your account. Coin balances have no monetary value, are not transferable between accounts, and may not be exchanged for cash.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to: use the App to harass, threaten, or harm other users; attempt to disrupt the App's operation or bypass security; use automated tools to interact with the App; impersonate another person; use the App for any unlawful purpose; or attempt to fraudulently acquire purchases, coins, or other entitlements. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.
7. Termination
You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if we believe you have violated these Terms, our Privacy Policy, or applicable law. On termination, your license to use the App ends immediately.
8. Disclaimers
The App is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Infinity Curve LLC and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising out of or in connection with your use of the App. Our total liability for any claim relating to the App is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you have paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or (b) USD 50.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the App shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, except where mandatory consumer-protection law in your country of residence provides otherwise.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we'll update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. If a change materially reduces your rights, we'll notify you in the App or by email at least 14 days before it takes effect. Continued use of the App after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
