Privacy Policy
Last updated: April 17, 2026
Infinity Curve LLC ("we", "us", "our") operates the WizzTeens mobile application (the "App"). This policy explains what information we collect when you use WizzTeens, how we use it, who we share it with, and the rights you have over it. We've kept the language as plain as we can — if anything is unclear, email privacy@wizzteens.com and we'll explain.
1. Who is responsible for your data
The data controller is Infinity Curve LLC, a Delaware limited liability company. WizzTeens is a product of Infinity Curve LLC. For privacy questions, requests to access or delete your data, or any other question about this policy, contact privacy@wizzteens.com.
2. What we collect
Account information: email address, password (stored only as a hash, never in plain text), display name, and date of birth. Usage data: quizzes you've played, scores, streak history, friends list, achievement progress, and customization choices (avatar, frame, title). Device data: a push notification token (only if you allow notifications), the device's preferred language, the OS version your build is running on, and crash reports. If you sign in with Google or Apple, we receive your name and email from those providers — nothing more.
3. Why we collect it
To run the App: log you in, sync your progress across devices, send you challenges from friends, and award the right achievements. To keep the App working: aggregate, non-identifying analytics on which features are used, and crash reports so we can fix bugs. To communicate with you: push notifications about challenges and streak reminders (only if you opt in). Service emails like password resets if you've added an email. Legal bases (EEA / UK users): performance of a contract for account features, legitimate interest for crash and abuse monitoring, and consent for push notifications.
4. Third-party services we use
Sentry (error monitoring): Receives crash reports with technical details — no personal account content. Provider: Functional Software, Inc. dba Sentry, USA. Firebase Cloud Messaging (push notifications): Receives a device token to deliver notifications. Provider: Google LLC, USA. Google Sign-In and Apple Sign-In (optional sign-in): If you choose them, you're authenticated by Google or Apple and they share your name and email back to us. Neon (database hosting): Hosts our PostgreSQL database in EU and US regions. Provider: Neon Inc., USA. We do not sell your personal information to anyone. We do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
5. Children
WizzTeens is intended for users who are 13 years of age or older. The App refuses to create an account for anyone whose date of birth places them under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has created an account anyway, contact privacy@wizzteens.com and we will delete the account and any associated data without delay.
6. How long we keep your data
Account data is kept while your account is active. If you delete your account from inside the App, we delete your profile, friends list, customization, and queued actions immediately, and your quiz history within 30 days. Crash reports are retained for 90 days. Backups are rotated and overwritten within 90 days.
7. Your rights
You can: • Access the data we hold about you • Correct it if it's wrong • Delete your account and data • Export your data in a machine-readable format • Object to or restrict certain processing • Withdraw consent for push notifications at any time in your device's settings To exercise any of these rights, email privacy@wizzteens.com. We respond within 30 days. EEA / UK users have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
8. How we protect your data
Passwords are stored as bcrypt hashes — we cannot read them. Authentication tokens are stored on your device using the platform's secure storage (iOS Keychain, Android Keystore). Traffic between the App and our servers is encrypted with TLS 1.2 or higher. Access to production systems is restricted to authorized personnel and audited.
9. International data transfers
Our servers and our processors operate in the United States and the European Union. If you're outside those regions, your data will be transferred there for processing. Where required, we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent safeguards.
10. California residents
Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) as amended by the CPRA, you have the right to know what personal information we collect, to delete it, to correct inaccurate information, to limit the use of sensitive personal information, and to not be discriminated against for exercising these rights. We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. To exercise CCPA rights, email privacy@wizzteens.com.
11. Changes to this policy
We'll post the new version on this page and update the "Last updated" date above. For material changes we'll also notify you in the App. Continuing to use the App after changes take effect means you accept the updated policy.
12. Contact us
